Our goal is to satisfy our customers by exchanging or refunding items that don’t meet your satisfaction, whenever possible.
Refunds may be given only when the return of merchandise is made within 7 days of date of purchase, subject to the conditions and restrictions below:
1) A original purchase receipt is required when returning an item in-store.
2) Items must be in their original packaging(factory-sealed)
3) All intems must in manufacturer tags intact
4) In resalable condition.
5) All items puchased as gifts can only be eligiable for in-store credit can not redemed for cash.
6) Any products that indicating “Final” /”Special”/”Clearance”/”Floor Model” are NOT REFUNDABLE or RETURN
7) All the special orders made for the customers or replacement parts are not returnable/refundable
We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. There are no returns on sale items, special orders or replacement parts.
